All communication with this website uses HTTPS / TLS. You enter payment-card data only on the protected payment page of Raiffeisen BANK d.d. Bosnia and Herzegovina (e-pay or Pay by Link). Dar koji imash d.o.o. does not see, receive or store the card number (PAN), CVV or PIN.

The bank is certified to accept cards at online points of sale. The transaction is redirected to the bank; the merchant is not liable for storing sensitive card data. e-pay is arranged only with the bank, with no third party.

Accepted cards

Online (e-pay and Pay by Link) we accept Visa and Mastercard®, under the Raiffeisen merchant agreement. Maestro, American Express and other schemes are not included unless the bank adds them in writing.

Online payments use the standards required by Visa International (Verified by Visa / Visa Secure) and Mastercard Worldwide (Mastercard SecureCode / Mastercard® Identity Check™): SMS or your issuer’s app, never a PIN entered with us.

Acceptance channels (Raiffeisen)

There is no shopping-cart store and no public price list. Amount, tax and service description are in a written offer. Cards are charged only after you accept that amount.

SoftPOS

Contactless collection on an Android device with NFC (Android 10 or newer), no extra terminal. Used at a meeting or handover. Cards the bank includes in the contract.

e-pay

Redirect to Raiffeisen’s hosted page. Visa and Mastercard, 3-D Secure. After payment you return to damsite.pro. Reports, void and pre-authorisation are in the bank’s merchant portal.

Pay by Link

A bank link for the exact offer amount, no webshop. We send it by e-mail after written acceptance. Card entry is again only on the bank’s page.

Bank transfer to the company account remains available. The IBAN is on the invoice and the offer, not as a public price list. A physical POS terminal is not in this offer.

How a card payment works

You receive a written offer: amount in BAM, tax, delivery deadline and description.
You accept the offer (e-mail is enough). That confirms the amount to be charged.
You pay by transfer, SoftPOS in person, or card (e-pay / Pay by Link).
On the bank page you see the amount. Entering the card and completing 3-D Secure accepts the charge.
A successful transaction is settled to the company account under the bank agreement (daily or weekly). We do not hold card funds.

Currency

Prices and charges are in convertible mark (BAM), unless the offer states another currency. If the card was issued abroad, conversion on the statement is done by the issuer / card scheme at their rate — not by this merchant.

What we do not do

We do not ask for card number, CVV or PIN by e-mail, chat or phone.
damsite.pro has no card form, no cart, and no third-party payment script.
We do not store card data on the server or in backups.

Acquirer and settlement: Raiffeisen BANK d.d. Bosnia and Herzegovina (MID/TID per agreement). The channel goes live after a signed agreement, website adjustment and a successful test with the bank.

Complaints and refunds
