Privacy policy

Controller: „Dar koji imash“ d.o.o. Brčko District BiH · Version 2026-08-29-v3. Law: Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of BiH 12/25), which applies to a controller established in BiH, including Brčko District. Supervisor: AZLP BiH. The Bosnian text is the operative version.

Legal bases (Art. 8)

• Art. 8(1)(b) — member account and extended offer (steps at your request before a contract). Rejecting this policy means no account.
• Art. 8(1)(a) and Art. 9 — marketing e-mail only if you tick a separate box. Not required for registration. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.
• Art. 8(1)(c) — bookkeeping when an invoice exists.
• Art. 8(1)(b) — carrying out payment under a contract (transfer; card via Raiffeisen Bank).
• Art. 8(1)(f) — basic site security.

Children (Art. 10)

Member area: 16 years or older.

If you reject

The public site stays available. We do not store the registration form. SpeedLink and the extended catalogue stay closed.

Rights (Art. 17–23)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdraw marketing. E-mail info@damsite.pro. Complaint: AZLP BiH.

We send a confirmation link to the address you gave; the member area opens only after you open it (48 hours).

Cards

We do not store PAN, CVV or PIN. Card data is entered only on the payment page of Raiffeisen BANK d.d. Bosnia and Herzegovina (e-pay / Pay by Link) or on the bank’s SoftPOS device. We do not use a third-party payment platform unless the bank contracts one.

Cookies

Session cookie dki_sid (HttpOnly) for login only. No ad cookies.
